Accuracy of the Content
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that all products have been fairly displayed and described. In addition, we try our best to provide you with the similar product that you are visualizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
The entire design of the outfit will not be changed in case of customization. Possible design elements can be changed, reduced or increased, and the cost of the outfit will be updated accordingly.
The cutlines or the fit of our products vary, based on the design, fabric type and the individual’s body type. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit whereas other cutlines may be more fitting to the body. The dress may not look the same on an individual as it looks in the photos displayed on our website.
The customer can refer to our standard size chart provided under “Size Guide” or provide us with their own measurements and we will customize the order sizing accordingly.
We appreciate the size charts provided by the customers and love to work with diverse clients.
However, the company is not responsible for any fitting issues in terms of the size chart provided by the client. Minor alterations can be made in certain situations and the client may have to bear the cost of the alterations.
Stitching costs are non-refundable.
Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders are accepted only after 50% payment is made in advance, since the dresses are hand crafted and made to order for you. The remaining amount will be collected before the delivery (or picking up) of the product.
All customers can make payment through bank transfer. Customers from Lahore can also pay via cash at the studio.
Customer will be responsible for the delivery charges and the payment of any custom duty incurred on international orders.
If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order may be cancelled without any notification.
Exchange, Return and Refund policy
There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer.
If you picked up the outfit from our studio, please make sure to check the goods for any damages/defects as we will not entertain any requests for exchange/repair after you leave the studio. If the outfit was delivered to you, please reach out to us within 24 h of the receipt of the package in case there is any damage/defect in the product. After the company's review of the said damage, an exchange is possible, or we can store the credit for future purchases in case of any major faults.
Customised or discounted orders will not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Orders once placed by the client will not be cancelled and there will be no refund.
All orders are final and non refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with 24 h of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.
All sales are considered final. In case a refund is approved, it will only be for the price of the article(s), and will not cover the shipping, custom and/or stitching cost.
Products will be delivered in 25 to 60 days, depending on the outfit ordered.
In case of urgent orders, kindly inform our team beforehand to confirm if the product can be delivered in the required timeframe.
Deliveries will be made only after the full price of the article has been paid by the customer, along with the delivery and stitching charges.
Free shipping is available across Pakistan on orders above PKR 50,000. Local shipments on orders less than PKR 50,000 and international shipments will be charged according to the weight of parcel and state/country where parcel is to be delivered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping within Pakistan can take 2 to 3 days. International shipments can take 5 to 7 business days. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customers along with the shipment tracking number (if available).
There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or any other undefined reason. Company will not be responsible for the delay in shipping due to any circumstances.
Customer will be responsible for the delivery charges (both local and international deliveries) and the payment of any custom duty incurred on international orders.
We try our best to make all deliveries in the most reasonable time possible, however, there can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or any other undefined reason. Company will not be responsible for the delay in shipping due to any circumstances.
We have a right to delay or cease the order completely in case of any of the following circumstances:
1. Incomplete payment
2. Inaccurate/incomplete delivery address details
3. Incorrect measurements
4. No response from the customer
Shahtaj Qaiser is responsible for the safety of all the personal information provided by the client (such as name, email address, delivery address, phone number, date of birth and bank/credit card information) while making the personal profile. All information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client's consent.
