Exchange Policy
There is no exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order. An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event that the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer. If you picked up the outfit from our studio, please make sure to check the goods for any damages/defects as we will not entertain any requests for exchange/repair after you leave the studio. If the outfit was delivered to you, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the package in case there is any damage/defect in the product. After the company’s review of the said damage, an exchange is possible, or we can store the credit for future purchases in case of any major faults. Customized or discounted orders will not be exchanged, returned or refunded. Company is not responsible for any fitting issues in terms of the size chart provided by the client. Minor alterations can be made in certain situations and the client may have to bear the cost of the alterations. Orders once placed by the client will not be cancelled and there will be no refund.
